Dikembe Mutombo

Born in Kinhasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of Congo,Mutombo came to the United States in 1987 on an academic scholarship to attend Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in hopes of becoming a doctor. It was in his second year at Georgetown That Coach John Thompson invited Mutombo to try out for the university’s renowned basketball team.After joining the team, Mutombo went on to graduate from georgetown with dual degrees in Linguistics and Diplomacy.

Executive Chef WIlliam Decker has been creating flavorful dishes at Club 101 since 1968.After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America [CIA] in 1975, Chef Decker worked in hotels in Bermuda,Washington D.C. and West Virginia. In the early 1980’s he returned to the northest worked for many esteemed private country clibs.Chef Decker opened the acclaimed Patrice Restaurant in WEST cALDWELL,NJ in 1987.

He has a master’s degree in Garde Manger from the CIA and is certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation [ACf]. Chef Decker also serves as the Vice President of the Big Apple chapter of the ACF.
